Who We Are

Panoramic Research is an independent competitive intelligence firm helping product, strategy, and marketing teams make faster, more confident decisions — anywhere that competitive dynamics, market positioning, and product strategy intersect with real business outcomes.

Why We Exist

When Panoramic Research was founded in 2016, most organizations were comparing products and competitors the way they always had: static spreadsheets, flat matrices, and general market reports that were rarely built around the specific question at hand. Research existed, but it was slow, generic, and difficult to translate into a decision.

Panoramic Research was built to fill that gap. Every year, we answer hundreds of competitive intelligence questions for our clients — questions about product positioning, market benchmarks, competitor moves, and partner strategy. No two questions are alike, and we treat them that way. The focus has always been on fast turnaround, methodology designed around the actual question, and analysis that arrives ready to use rather than requiring weeks of internal interpretation before it becomes actionable.

What Makes Us Different

The Credit Card Value Index

Our proprietary framework for benchmarking the value of credit card products across rewards, benefits, fees, and acquisition offers. It tracks 400+ consumer and small business cards from the industry's leading issuers, updated monthly — the only tool of its kind that quantifies card value using a structured spending model.

Custom Methodology for Every Question

No two competitive intelligence questions are the same, and we do not treat them as if they are. For every engagement, we design the research approach around the client's specific question, using the methodology that fits the problem rather than forcing the problem into a prebuilt template.

Fast Turnaround

Our standard turnaround for analysis on demand is 24 to 48 hours. Competitive decisions rarely wait, and our research is built to match the speed at which our clients operate.

Solutions-Based Answers

We do not deliver raw data and leave interpretation to the client. Every engagement produces findings with clear, practical implications — something clients can act on in a presentation, a strategy session, or a product decision.
